Had an amazing experience here, the RN and APN were both very personable and helpful. After I filled out the paperwork there was a very brief wait before I was in a room being treated. The service was quick but not rushed, and I left feeling taken care of.

I am not one to wax poetic about going to see a doctor. Best case it's a necessary evil and worse case....The aforementioned goes double when visiting an Urgent Care Facility. Honestly, I was expecting the standard assembly line treatment. However, I was pleasantly surprised from the moment that I walked into the office. From Reception to the PA, to the Lab Tech who drew my blood. Last but not least, Doctor Raffaella. She was genuinely interested in my issue, listened, asked questions and did not once look at her watch. I chose Waldwick Urgent Care because I was staying at a hotel nearby. While there might be geographically closer options to my residence, I intend on making Waldwick Urgent Care my primary resource for all of my future medical needs.

Great place. Never a long wait. Clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. Waiting room is clean and calming. Always had good experiences with the doctors.
I Have to say,I was a new patient today (tuesday) and was extremely satisfied..Down to the staff,techs,nurses. All were wonderful, especially the Dr. I like the fact she tries to get to know you as a person,not just a patient..That goes a long way with me,as picky as I am..The Dr. And staff extremely knowledgeable and warm..They talk to YOU more then 10/15mins or more.. I never had that? What's up in today's world of medicine, where Drs don't even sit down to get to know you or as the pt anymore...5mins not enough time people..Here they get to know you.Enough said,I'm very content.:) Thank you
The problem i have is that they stuck me in a room for over 30 minutes, the training doctor comes in while the main doctor goes to the room next door to me to take care of a person that Came after me. What’s the point of giving us numbers if you do not follow them. Probably won’t come back and will find another place
