Rude heartless people! I had an ear infection and broken eardrum with blood coming out of my ears, and they turned me away because I wanted to pay cash for my visit instead of using my lousy ObamaCare insurance that I was forced to buy according to law.(which they did not accept!) They told me it was against the law for me to pay cash and that I needed to go to the ER instead of bothering them. STAY AWAY from this place, they'd rather see you die than to help you without insurance so they can double the price of the visit!
Great hours (and they do take walk-ins) and staff, but there is often quite a wait.
The doctor I had(50 y/o Asian male) was rude and reluctant to explain anything he was doing if at all. I had commands barked at me such as "Take off your shirt" and "drop your pants and underwear" with no other further explanation why. It was only when I was visually uncomfortable and concerned when he explained to me he was checking for a hernia in a tone to suggest I was stupid. The doctor spoke over me constantly. It seemed like he was much more concerned with getting in and out than making me feel comfortable or answering any questions. Based on the information I was able to pry from him I know I got a physical and blood work. As for what he actually did during the physical or what the blood work is for I can only make educated guesses. If you want a doctor who skips building rapport and you don't like asking questions Valley Medical in Waldwick is your best bet.
