I always get a friendly smile from Steve and all the trainers when I walk through the door. They are pros and work within your limits.
A ripoff.....and if you are not losing weight they ignore you and make you feel bad....workout times are hard to comeby.....and they yell at you if you try to talk during your workout.
Been coming for two years. Lost 50 Pounds in the first year and now on maintenance. Chat with the other women during workouts all of the time - it's a great environment. Expensive, but worth it and much less than a 1-1 personal trainer.
